So this was on Kristina's desk today (the office manager I'm temping for) so I picked it up and started reading and now I'm hooked.
Some of the finer lessons I've picked up so far:
- Imagine that everyone is englightened except you
- Become more patient
- Create "patient practice periods"
Just remember
1.) Don't sweat the small stuff 2.) It's all small stuff
